Over his career, he has structured, financed, and advised companies across multiple asset classes — from hedge funds and structured products to today’s AI-driven trading systems.

Graham Colmer
Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Graham Colmer is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a strong foundation in capital markets, investment advisory, and e-commerce brand growth. With a background in financial planning from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), he began his career at Canaccord Genuity, managing investment portfolios and assisting in deal structuring and capital raises for high-net-worth clients.

He later joined The Metals Group, a merchant bank specializing in financing and structuring mining deals to go public. There, Graham worked closely with executives and investors to design transaction strategies, raise capital, and guide companies through the public-listing process.

Leveraging his financial expertise, Graham transitioned into Amazon FBA and digital commerce, where he built, scaled, and consulted for multiple brands, agencies, and education programs. Today, he combines his capital markets background with his e-commerce experience to identify and promote high-growth opportunities in the financial publishing and investment research sector.

Outside of finance, Graham is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and camp across British Columbia’s rugged backcountry. He finds balance and inspiration in the solitude of nature — whether tracking game at dawn or casting lines on remote lakes — experiences that mirror the patience, precision, and strategy he brings to business and investing.

Kevin Huynh
Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Kevin Huynh is a finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in public venture capital markets, investment advisory, and strategic consulting. He began his career at Varshney Capital, a merchant bank with more than 30 years of success in public venture financing, where he contributed to the successful listing of a private company and gained deep insight into the dynamics of public-market growth.

He later joined Mackie Research (now Research Capital) as an investment advisor, building a robust portfolio for high-net-worth clients and guiding them into early-stage and high-growth opportunities. Kevin’s focus on private companies preparing for public listings consistently delivered significant results.

As an independent consultant, Kevin has guided more than 30 companies through the process of going public and helped secure over $250 million in financing. He collaborates with various Vancouver-based merchant banks specializing in natural-resource ventures, where he supports companies through capital introductions, strategic partnerships, and growth planning.

Outside of finance, Kevin loves traveling and eating great food from around the world. With a passion for learning, entrepreneurship, and tackling mental challenges, he’s driven to make a meaningful impact. Valuing time with friends and family, and sharpening discipline through Muay Thai, Kevin believes a purposeful, focused mindset drives success and life.

Lincoln Holbrook
Director of Trader Education

Lincoln Holbrook is a trading educator and market strategist whose decades of experience teaching thousands of students revealed a sobering truth. Early in his career, as a global instructor for Investools Inc. and later while founding his own education company that developed programs for respected industry traders, Lincoln noticed something critical: only about 2% of those he trained ever achieved consistent success.

It took him years of relentless investigation to discover the underlying reasons why so many highly-trained, intelligent people failed to turn market knowledge into real results. The discovery was a breakthrough that changed his life and, subsequently, the lives of his students.

This breakthrough insight led Lincoln to found the Trusted Trading Institute in 2020. He recognized that for humans to sustain the emotional and mental discipline required for trading, vague hope and general knowledge aren't enough. Traders must have specific, quantifiable predictions and a set of proven, repeatable rules to make those predictions come true. Without this clear framework, the effort becomes unsustainable, leading to burnout and failure.

The Institute’s approach gives traders the exact, statistically grounded methods used by professionals, thereby empowering them to design and follow customized trading plans that deliver predictable, disciplined results. Lincoln believes that while there are many effective ways to trade, success is found by identifying and sticking to the single approach that works uniquely for the individual.

When he's not guiding traders, Lincoln enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the world through travel, and experiencing new cultures through their food.
